Christian lingo, I don’t understand.
“Halfway through the retreat, God showed up…”
“We invite you into this place…”
“Lord, we welcome you to come…”
“Fill this place with your presence.”
“Come with us…”
How could any of these sayings, so often said, make any sense? From, specifically, Psalm 139 we read that we could never “flee from the presence of God”.

In 1 John 4:8 it’s written that, “God is love.” God is literally the emotion and the experience of love. To experience love is to experience God. To feel love is to feel God.
Many say that Jesus painted a picture of hell (by hell I don’t mean, a red devil with a pitch fork, fire, and dead babies) more so than he did of Heaven.
